Our team at Blackdown Environmental are always excited to work on projects where are able to provide a truly integrated ecological solution. It’s on these projects where we can really add value for our clients.
One such project is that at Penkernick Way in St Colomb Major in Cornwall, where we have been working closely with the ADPAD Group on a bespoke high end housing development.
As part of our works we were commissioned to undertake the following:
Preliminary Ecological Appraisal (PEA);
Implementation of the reptile mitigation strategy;
Japanese Knotweed Survey and production of an associated management plan;
Extensive vegetation clearance to facilitate Japanese Knotweed remediation works;
Japanese Knotweed remediation and treatment including; screening of contaminated material, off-site disposal of >5% contaminated material and bunding of screened material on site.
