NBC have 27 year’s experience of infection control and treatments will be carried out by skilled and experienced operative and includes;

Medical grade disinfectant. Colourless, odourless, non-irritant that kills 99.9% of germs and leaves a residue that keeps working following treatment.
Touchpoint wipes. Telephones, mouse’s, handrails and light switches can harbour more germs that toilets. These will be thoroughly wiped.
Electrostatic spray of surfaces. High risk surfaces such as key pads, desks and chairs will be sprayed with an electrostatic sprayer. This is the latest technology that ensures thorough and effective application of chemical.
ULV Fogging. Rooms will be filled with ultra fine particles of disinfectant to kill airborne germs or virus and land on all surfaces sterilising areas that may otherwise be missed.
Certificate of completion.

We are aware of companies attempting to capitalise on the opportunity the COVID-19 crisis presents with little knowledge, experience or equipment, often selling services at inflated rates. As a consequence we are happy to publish our rates to enable consumers to draw comparison from professionals so that they may make a more informed decision.

Our rates are transparent and are costed on a time plus materials basis, these have not been inflated and remain as set prior to the pandemic.

Prices are for two skilled operatives and includes all equipment, materials, PPE and waste disposal. Assumes unrestricted access. Two operatives can complete approximately 500 sqm per hour depending on the property type.
