We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced pest controller/falconer to lead our team in London. The successful candidate will receive great rates of pay as well as excellent training opportunities in order to see our employees be the best that they can be.

About the Role

As Team Leader you will be responsible for:

• Managing your team to ensure work is scheduled effectively and delivered to the highest standards.
• Schedule diaries for your team.
• Undertake pest control, proofing and bird control work.
• Liaise with the Service Desk to ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Monitor stock levels and order as required.
• Plan and monitor projects.
• Be the main point of contact and support for your team.

We are looking for a candidate with a broad range of skills and experience including:

Skills/Experience:

• RSPH Level 2 Pest Management or
• Extensive experience of flying and training shortwings and longwings.
• Proven experience of working in professional pest management role, including bird proofing.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• A full driving license.
• Proven experience in a leadership role.

Work Requirements: Usual working hours Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (including a one-hour, unpaid lunch break) but with occasional evening, weekend and working away required.

Reporting to: Senior Team Leader (South)

Remuneration: £30,000 - £34,000, plus opportunities to earn bonuses
