Contracts Manager - SENIOR PEST CONTROL MANAGEMENT ROLE

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join our excellent team in the South West. 

What is a Pest Control Contracts Manager? 

Although this role is to maintain revenue it is not a commission based sales role. An NBC Contracts Manager is a professional consultant, an expert in not only identifying solutions to pest/wildlife issues but also in project management able to guide the clients and operations teams to a successful project conclusion. As such our people are rewarded on revenue because retention is important to us! 

So if you are in operations looking to progress, better yourself and earn more or a surveyor frustrated by pressures to sell that leave you and your customers disappointed this may be the role for you. 

The role of the Contract Manager is twofold. 

  1. Business Development. To network and develop meaningful long term relationships with clients that will create opportunities for you to convert to business to enable the company and you to develop unlimited earnings. 
  2. Account Management. You will closely manage customers assigned to you to ensure they receive the highest standards of satisfaction achieved through regular engagement with our service and operations teams .

Who are we looking for? 

This is a great opportunity for an organised person and inspiring leader with a good understanding of pest control. You will have pest control experience however you do not need a sales background although you will need a degree of confidence and be able to speak to strangers. You will have a bright positive personality, be passionate about delivering high standards of service and ambitious wanting to better yourself.

Pay & Benefits: 

 Salary £35,700 to £70,000 plus £1,000 joining premium. 

The contracts manager is paid a basic salary as detailed below with an additional bonus with no upper limit based on revenue. This mean that as the business grows so does their earnings. 

At the end of August 2021 NBC had paid a total of £353,396 in salary and bonuses to 7 contracts managers meaning the average earnings per CM was over £50K. Two contracts managers earnings exceeded £70k!
