We are looking for a self-motivated, ambitious, team player to join us in helping NBC Environment to continue grow and succeed.

The Role:

An office-based role working with our two Commercial Managers and Marketing Manager to create and implement business development strategies to increase sales in the following areas;

  1. Leads/sales generated from best practice recommendations by our operations teams. Show the teams how they can generate commission for themselves and motivate them to do so.
  2. Public and private sector tenders. Not only responding to published tenders but engaging with private sector clients who may not advertise to get us an invitation to tender.

Someone with a background in sales or marketing who understands the sales process and has experience of identifying opportunity and implementing targeted strategies to generate sales.
